A clear roadmap from enquiry to enrolment

Most of our Indian students complete the full admission and visa cycle in 8–10 weeks. Here's exactly how.

Admission timeline

Week 0
Free counselling session
30-minute call to understand goals, budget and shortlist universities & programmes.
Week 1
Profile & document review
We collect transcripts, passport, photos, recommendation letters and a draft SOP.
Week 1–2
University applications
We file applications to 3–5 shortlisted universities. Application fees vary by institution.
Week 2–4
Offer letters
Most universities return conditional/unconditional offer letters within 1–3 weeks.
Week 4
Accept offer & pay deposit
Accept the best offer, pay the registration deposit (typically RM 2,000–5,000).
Week 4–8
EMGS visa filing
We submit your EMGS application. Approval (VAL) within 4–6 weeks.
Week 8–10
Single-entry visa & travel
Apply for SEV at the Malaysian High Commission. Book tickets and forex.
On arrival
Student pass & induction
Post-arrival medical, biometrics, student pass sticker and university induction.
